Usage and characteristics:
★Based on the principle of "co-precipitation and net capture", it can react with phosphogypsum quickly, so that phosphogypsum particles coagulate rapidly and form a stable solid structure, effectively improving the strength, density, rebound modulus and other properties of phosphogypsum.
★The curing agent forms calcium silicate hydrates and calcium aluminate hydrates through hydration. These compounds not only encapsulate phosphogypsum particles to prevent direct water contact but also fill the voids between them, significantly enhancing density. This process substantially reduces strength loss when phosphogypsum encounters water, improves its water stability, and effectively addresses issues such as strength degradation and pavement damage caused by moisture exposure.
★By converting soluble P and soluble F in phosphogypsum into insoluble salts, the leaching amount of harmful substances such as soluble P, F and heavy metal ions in phosphogypsum can be significantly reduced, so as to ensure that the treated phosphogypsum meets relevant environmental standards and reduce the environmental pressure of enterprises.
★Convenient use: the use condition is mild, the process is simple, no complex equipment and operation process is required, can effectively reduce the operation cost of phosphogypsum treatment, and is convenient for large-scale application.
Usage and dosage：
Depending on the requirements of different material fields, the proportion of curing agent added is 3-15%
Package and Storage:
Storage conditions: The curing agent should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture and rain, away from fire source, heat source and strong oxidant.
Packaging specifications: The product is packaged in bulk or ton barrel (according to customer requirements).
In the process of handling and storage, attention should be paid to avoid packaging damage. If the packaging is found to be damaged, it should be handled in time to prevent product deterioration.
Safety precautions:
During the use, operators should wear necessary protective equipment, such as masks and gloves, to avoid direct skin contact. If accidentally contacted with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with a large amount of water and seek medical treatment in time.
Product validity period: The product is valid for 6 months from the date of production under the condition of meeting the storage conditions. After the expiration date, the product needs to be re-inspected and can be used again only after passing the inspection.
Safety precautions：
★Although this product is not corrosive or irritating, it should be avoided from contact with skin and eyes. If it is stained on the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If necessary, seek medical treatment.
★This product is not edible. If swallowed, please induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★After use, rinse the residual material with clean water. The cleaning water can be added to the defoaming system. The cleaned packaging can be treated as general waste packaging. Under normal circumstances, the packaging is recycled by our company.
★Product leakage should be avoided. If leakage occurs, flush with plenty of water and drain the flushing water into the sewage system.
