Usage and characteristics:
★ This product is used in the phosphogypsum reverse flotation decolorization and desilication process with HLT-931 phosphogypsum decolorization collector. It is suitable for phosphogypsum column flotation or tank flotation, primary or refined selection, and easy to rinse the floating foam.
★ Flotation pH value has a wide range of application, and the best pH value is 5-6.
★ It is specially used to remove silicates in phosphogypsum, improve the whiteness of phosphogypsum and the content of calcium sulfate dihydrate, and the content of SiO2 can be significantly increased when it is 6%-8%.
★ All raw materials are natural and completely biodegradable, no pollution to the environment.
Usage and dosage：
Usage: This product is a liquid product, which should be used with HLT-931 phosphogypsum decolorization collector. The phosphogypsum should first undergo reverse flotation decolorization and then reverse flotation desilication. It is packaged in ton barrels or tank trucks. During use, the agent should be pumped into the phosphogypsum slurry tank or flotation tank through a metering pump. It can be used at room temperature.
Usage: according to the quality of phosphogypsum and process requirements, the amount added is 100-300 g/ton of phosphogypsum, the average amount is less than 200 g.
Package and Storage:
25L, 200L, 1000L plastic ton barrel packaging or tank truck transportation. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from fire.

★ Inhalation: After inhalation, move the victim to fresh air and seek medical attention immediately
★ Please wear protective gloves when using, and wash hands with cleaner after use.
★ Eye contact: After eye contact, wash with plenty of water and contact your ophthalmologist immediately. Remove contact lenses.
★ Do not eat. If swallowed, induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, the packaging should be sorted out neatly and treated as general waste packaging. Do not pile it near the fire source.
★ Fire extinguishing medium: water mist, alcohol resistant foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishing.
