Usage and characteristics:
★ This product is used in the reverse flotation and desilication process of phosphate ore with HLT-930 phosphate ore demagnesium collector. It is suitable for column flotation or tank flotation of phosphate ore, primary or refined selection, and easy to rinse the floating foam.
★ Flotation pH value has a wide range of applications, and pH value 5-6 is the best.
★ It is specially used to remove silicates in phosphate ore and improve the grade of phosphorus pentoxide in phosphate ore, and the SiO2 content can be reduced to less than 12%.
★ All raw materials are natural and can be completely biodegradable, no pollution to the environment.
Usage and dosage:
Usage: This product is a liquid product, which is used with HLT-930 phosphate ore demagnesium collector to remove magnesium from phosphate ore first and then remove silicon by reverse flotation. It is packaged in ton barrels or tank trucks. When using, the agent is pumped into the phosphate ore slurry tank or flotation tank through a metering pump. It is used at room temperature.
Usage: according to the quality of phosphate ore and process requirements, the amount added is 500-1000 g/ton phosphate ore, the average amount is less than 800 g.
Package and Storage:
25L, 200L, 1000L plastic ton barrel packaging or tank truck transportation. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from fire.
