Usage and characteristics:
★ is a kind of positive flotation phosphorus collector, which is suitable for the extraction of phosphorus from medium and low grade phosphate ore.
★ The foaming performance is weaker than oleic acid.
★ It can form complex with the surface of a variety of mineral metals, which can greatly improve the hydrophobicity of the mineral surface, and also has the foaming performance, so it can replace the anionic collector of various fatty acid soaps and be used in the flotation process of various mineral products.
★ Selectivity and strong capture capacity.
★ Solubleinwater, high efficiency, low toxicity, environmentally and human friendly, biodegradable.
Usage and dosage:
Usage: This paste product requires preparation according to the mixing tank's capacity. First, add water to achieve a 10% concentration of the collector. Then, add one-third of the tank's volume of water and directly steam heat to dissolve it while stirring continuously. Once the collector is completely dissolved, add the remaining water and stir for an additional 30 minutes. The solution should reach a temperature above 50℃ before use.
Usage: The product usage is usually 0.8-1.5 kg/ton of raw phosphate, according to the customer's ore properties and process

175kg iron barrel packaging and transportation. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from fire source.
Safety precaution:
★ Inhalation: After inhalation, move the victim to fresh air. Seek medical attention immediately.
★ Please wear protective gloves when using, and wash hands with detergent after use.
★ Eye contact: After eye contact, wash with plenty of water and contact your ophthalmologist immediately. Remove contact lenses.
★ Do not eat. If swallowed, induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, the packaging should be sorted out neatly and treated as general waste packaging. Do not pile it near the fire source.
★ Fire extinguishing medium: water mist, alcohol resistant foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide.
