Usage and characteristics:
★ This product is used for the reverse flotation and decolorization process of desulfurized gypsum, suitable for column flotation or tank flotation of desulfurized gypsum, primary or refined selection, and easy to rinse the floating foam.
★ Flotation pH value has a wide range of application, and the best pH value is 2-5.
★ It is specially used to remove muddy impurities in desulfurization gypsum and improve the whiteness and purity of desulfurization gypsum.
★ All raw materials are natural and completely biodegradable, no pollution to the environment.
Usage and dosage：
Usage: This product is a liquid product. It can be directly used to reverse flotation and decolorize desulfurization gypsum. The muddy impurities will float out with the foam and separate from the gypsum. The flotation process is shown in Figure 1. It is packaged in a ton barrel or tank truck. During use, the agent can be pumped into the slurry mixing tank or flotation tank through a metering pump. It can be used at room temperature.
Usage: according to the quality of desulfurization gypsum and process requirements, the amount added is 600-1000 g/t desulfurization gypsum, the average amount is less than 800 g/t.
Package and Storage:
Packaged and transported in 25 L, 200 L or 1000 L plastic barrels. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place away from light and fire.
Safety precautions:
★ Inhalation: After inhalation, move the victim to fresh air and seek medical attention immediately
★ Please wear protective gloves when using, and wash hands with detergent after use.
★ Eye contact: After eye contact, wash with plenty of water and contact your ophthalmologist immediately. Remove contact lenses.
★ Do not eat. If swallowed, induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, the packaging should be sorted out neatly and treated as general waste packaging. Do not pile it near the fire source.
★ Fire extinguishing medium: water mist, alcohol resistant foam, dry powder or carbon dioxide.
