Usesand characteristics:
★ This product is specially used for urea anti-caking, also suitable for water soluble fertilizer anti-caking.
★ The polymer film-forming agent in this product can play a mechanical isolation role, and fix the active ingredients on the surface of the particles. The crystal inhibitor and surfactant work together to change the internal crystal growth morphology of the particles, inhibit the formation of crystal bridge, and combine free water to avoid adhesion and lumping.
★ The anti-caking effect is better when used together with 906 water-soluble powder anti-caking agent.
★ Made of natural raw materials, easy to degrade in nature, no pollution to the environment.
Usage and dosage:
Usage: This product is liquid at room temperature. It is pumped into the package cylinder with a metering pump and atomized with compressed air to make it uniform.
Dosage: The dosage is 0.15~0.25%. The annual average dosage is about 0.2%. For products with less severe lumping or lower packaging temperature, the dosage can be reduced appropriately.
Packaging and storage
Packaged in 1000 liters of plastic ton barrels, or according to customer requirements. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from fire.
Precautions for use:
★ When using the product, compressed air should be used to properly atomize. During atomization, prevent excessive atomization, so that the anti-caking agent enters the exhaust gas system.
★ The product may be layered when the temperature is lower than-5℃ in winter, which will not affect the use. When heated to more than 10℃, the anti-caking agent can be fully mixed and melted evenly.
Safety precautions:
★ Please wear protective gloves when using, and wash hands with detergent after use.
★ Although this product is non-irritating and non-corrosive, it should also be avoided from contact with skin and eyes, especially to avoid high temperature burns.
★ Do not eat. If swallowed, induce vomiting or seek medical attention immediately.
★ After use, the packaging should be sorted out and treated as general waste packaging. Do not pile the packaging near the fire source.
★ In case of accidental fire, use carbon dioxide, dry powder or sand to put out the fire.
